Settlement Recovered for Brain Injury

Robert Sparks and Christopher Codling recovered $4,500,000 arising from a brain injury lawsuit filed on behalf of their client. After the defendant, and their insurance company, refused to accept any responsibility, the case was litigated for several years leading up to trial before an out-of-court confidential settlement was reached.
